When I got home from the pool this morning, Bob said "How would you like to saddle up and go up the the Z-U and your old place?" One of my very favorite things, for sure. We had our lunch on the old bunkhouse step at the Z-U. Part of that ranch is in much disrepair, but they've actually done some restoring to some things. New roof on the lodge and playhouse. The hill house has new windows and chinking. Looks like they plan to put a real foundation under it. Got a kick out of the bat houses hung on several buildings. They work!
Had to take a shot of our old barn as we're riding across the meadow.

I remember when Judi and I explored the Z-U. What a neat place. Would loved to have been there in its hay day.
