It was quite a storm. Actually shook the cabin. Bob says that's never happened before. Since we are on a mountain pass, you have to expect wind, but that one was a cuss.
We brought a load of supplies out yesterday, two of our horses, and the four wheeler. We have a week to go up there. Most of the fences are taken down. We still have a difficult, very lame bull we're having problems getting off the mountain. If his disposition doesn't improve he may winter up there, feeding wolves.
We've been hauling our horses' winters hay. We borrowed a flat bed trailer, and hauled in several loads. We have friends down at Boulder who grow great horse hay, and bail it in small bales. It's a joy visiting them too.
