Get well Lynn

I just got an email from Charm relating that our dear friend Lynn Thomas is in the Idaho Falls hospital with a stroke. She is doing well as I write this.

Lynn, we love you so much...take care dear heart!

And how about those Wyoming Cowgirls! Way to go!

Jackson Hole Hill Climb

Betty forwarded some pictures of Scott at the Jackson Hill Climb. He went on to win 7th after being in the hospital with a broken tail bone! Well, when you live on the edge! My bridge ladies are about to get here..and my blog would only let me put this many on at a time. There are a couple others..but I'm running out of time. Enjoy!

Anyhow, way to go Scott!

Spring time in the Rockies!

Today was a gorgeous day! However, if you dance, you pay the fiddler. I've spent the last three days working in the gas field and the weather has been perfect. A far cry from winter when we have to worry about everything freezing up. These days weren't tough! Enough to do to be interesting, but not killer days by any means. I learn something every time I'm out there. Have to chuckle...a girl I work with is scheduled to get breast implants. I about fell over when she was telling me. And she is so excited to be doing it, she can talk about nothing else. I ended up enjoying her exuberance over the whole deal!

When I got home, I caught a horse and rode several hours. I sat on top of a hill and gazed across the valley at our mountains. Fremont Peak is almost bare. There is black showing up all over the peaks. There are snow banks around to be seen, but for the most part, our snow is gone. I saw about fifty head of antelope, drinking out of a small puddle. What are they going to be drinking in three months? Or more properly said, where? If we don't get spring rain or snow, the feed will be non existent.
