Well since Hank and Sally are blogging flowers, I decided I better too. One summer at cow camp I photographed every species I could find, and wrote a thing for Artist's Guild titled "Mosquito Lake Cow Camp Botanical Gardens". I had fun with that...drove Bob crazy..with..."Oh there's one I don't have" regardless of where we were. I had a piece of black construction paper wrinkled up in my pocket for easy backgrounds. This is one of the Oriental Poppys that grow like weeds in my flowerbed. After they bloom, I mow them down.
