We left about six thirty from the house this morning for an eye appointment in Idaho Falls and a short procedure there.
Along the way, I decided to photograph this...because it'll look differently before long. Anyhow, I hope before long.
We saw hundreds of elk in the canyon....deer all along, including one out on the ice at the Palasades, a couple of mangie moose and three sheep on the way home.
The farmers are getting ready to plant fields...anyhow there was lots of machinery sitting out. Had to think their tractors made the ones we had look like toys. I can't imagine what it costs to buy that sort of machinery. Decades ago machinery was a dollar a pound. So is it ten now? Twenty?
Anyhow it was a nice drive, a delightful lunch at Corinos...hope I spelled that somewhere near right.
Should mention we had Easter yesterday with Scotty and Sara as guests. Then we played dominoes with all the wrong rules, but we had fun. Next time we'll play with the right rules...
Bless Sara, she kept reading the rules and realizing we were doing it all wrong, meanwhile the rest of us were happily playing our own way. And of course, she was right! Luv that girl!
Well, this post got a little wordy, didn't it?
