A friend in my silver shop!
Corinne More from Needles...we had fun today! Most of who views this blog knows her, but for anyone who doesn't...I posted her name! She's a rock hounding friend of Faith and Allen Reed's, and my sister Sally. She's 84...drove here from Needles, pulling a toy-hauler, with her side by side in it! She lets no grass grow under her feet.
She's done all of this before, but it's been a long time!

A day at the Fair
Sandy Bousman on a camel. She was all for riding a camel. The ride didn't amount to much, but we have now been on a camel. The pictures of me are on her camera, which I'll post when I get them.
View from on board!
Palmer won champion junior showmanship in the swine devision.
Kirsten got a ribbon too!
And she's proud of that ribbon!

A day on Fremont Lake
Jerry rented the party boat...and invited us to join them.
It was very relaxing, and a joy to be on the lake. Rayland, aka Peach, is their granddaughter.
Jerry and Judith, Dianne and Rayland. Judith had a pole in her hand nearly the whole time. She said she fished three days with no luck.
Dale fishing...Dianne, Rayland and Bob enjoying the view.
Judith brought lunch stuff for us all to enjoy....

Eberhardt BBQ
Nancy and Tana at Bath Gardens and Nursery in Ft. Collins
Novus Glass preping my car for a new windshield...Thad with his back to me and his dad Troy!
Nancy with part of the meat bar at the BBQ. Of course I got my camera out after it was about over..
Turns out Nancy like bug pictures, so I took this of a bee on a rose.
Also visited Jane and Scott. Scott is very im-moble, but in good spirits. He's got a long row to hoe, but is up for the job. He's looking at surgery next week in Colorado Springs.

Happy Birthday Bob!
We had lunch at the lake to celebrate his birthday! Notice my bloody mary over there....it was sort of like the ones Betty makes...I haven't had one of her's in years. Anyhow, it was good. A rain came along and ran us in! The girls were scurrying to get stuff in and the umbrellas tied down. They were soaked. I should mention if you double click on the picture you can really see the rain drops. Well at least it wasn't hail. Troy's truck was hammered the other day in Cheyenne. Broke the windshield et al.

Grace
I'm blogging this because it's so nice of Grace. Her service today was a wonderful tribute to a bright delightful lady. If you get a chance to read her obituary, do it. It tells quite a story.
Tharon doesn't play bridge any more, and we don't have Erma either...so Ellen, Betty and I struggle on.
This picture shows these ladies enjoying the thought of riding home in the convertible...a car I got great joy out of using. Wish Betty Kerback was in this picture. Seems like she didn't go down to Big Piney that day. This is taken in front of the Senior Center in Marbleton, (the old one).

Scenery traveling south in Utah
On one of the back roads that Jane and I traveled heading to Marble Canyon, I took this shot. It's sort of a different piece of scenery...yet I really liked it!
