Thursday at the Jackson Hill Climb

Jim McLellan is the oldest to participate.  He does really well.

Charm and I were visiting with Betty and Brent after Jim's run.

Today I watched Scotty ride via live feed from the hill climb.  He made an awesome run.

Yesterday afternoon we went for a flight up the Green.  This is looking up Wagon Creek at our old camp.  Lots of snow.  Looks good.  I loved our shadow in this picture.

We had to wait to get in the hanger because this helicopter came in and lit right in front of the big hanger door.  They had been netting deer for studies.  You can see the one guy sitting on the edge of the door with his legs hanging out.  We visited at length with him.

Pinedale Hill Climb

We sat on a snow berm watching the hill climb.  This was between Scott's runs.

This is one of his runs!  I enjoyed being there.  Poor Oscar was in his pen though!  :(

David's Art reception

Yesterday was bridge day in Big Piney.  I picked up Ellen and we drove down in misting rain to the senior center.  It was a delightful afternoon...and I muffed a really good hand.  Should have bid a slam, and didn't.  Grrrrr.....I don't mind going set, but I hate muffing a good hand.

Then Bob and I went to David's reception at the library.  His art has taken a different turn, and I'm liking it a lot.  It's full of joy.  Bob went to a CAP meeting at the Big Piney airport...and I couched up!

Pumpkin bread from Jane!

I was visiting with Jane this weekend as she was baking pumpkin bread!  I said, "Well, just send some!"  This is what I got in the mail today.  Thank you Jane.  I got a big smile and a neat present today!

Winter games!

I got to watch Thad play hockey via the internet yesterday afternoon in Cody.  He's # 30 in the red.  I saw him make a goal, and assist on another.  They won handily.  He'll have another game at quarter after nine this morning against Casper.

We have a little storm going on this morning...Betty said something about "in like a lion" on facebook.  She's right...and so hopefully we'll have "out like a lamb"...still saying the snow is good.  But I wish I'd get a little clear window to go out to Scotty's to do chores.  We have quite a ground blizzard going on right now, and I'm waiting it out.
